Click it and it puts a post on your blog and a comment on the original post saying that you reblogged it.

WHEN WRITING ABOUT WHAT YOU SEE ON A BLOG AND THEN LINKING IT ISN’T GOOD ENOUGH:
HIT “I’M A LAZY-ASS FAT BUTTON” INSTEAD.
Goddamn it.
They inconvenient-ized the top bar by taking off the New Post button from being right there, and now you have to click the name of your blog and get “New Post” in a lame drop-down menu.
Y u break something functional, WordPress? It wasn’t even bad and now it takes two clicks instead of one to access New Post…
