They inconvenient-ized the top bar by taking off the New Post button from being right there, and now you have to click the name of your blog and get “New Post” in a lame drop-down menu.

Y u break something functional, WordPress? It wasn’t even bad and now it takes two clicks instead of one to access New Post…

ONE MONTH, WHAT THE SHIT GUYS

It was meh. Kinda like a movie that didn’t blow your mind, but it wasn’t awful, so you enjoyed it anyway.

Ending didn’t make the most sense in the world but happy-ish ending, whoo ok.

But Fang ;_;

Played as Lightning with Fang/Hope allies for the most part but switched to Fang with Lightning/Hope for the end because Highwind IS SO GOOD. Trade-off is having two AI allies trying to heal and they’re retarded at healing. ohwell

Tri-Disaster is also really really good and when I discovered its magic I was like :O why didn’t I use this sooner?

Anyway, any good feelings I have about this game are balanced by echhh-it-was-boring feelings because of the first… 10 chapters of the game? Probably won’t play XIII-2 unless I get it as a gift or something, in which case I’ll look at the box like this: :|

I feel like not enough people are aware of the whole SOPA thing, or that enough people concern themselves with the whole SOPA thing.

Well, if it passes, it’s partly their fault for not joining the protests.

I’m going to do a mini-blackout on Aerocaester tomorrow as well… which is in about 2 hours.

So basically I’m stuck with my headset, which is ok, but I would’ve liked to be able to wear my nice headphones and to be able to use my nice microphone while streaming :|

I added a couple of things to the right sidebar as well. There’s the Stream Status up there under Announceblurbs, which I’ll update whenever I start streaming. (Probably also replace the stream link that’s under there to say whatever I’m streaming, most likely StarCraft II)

There’s also the Follow Blog by Email button down at the bottom, in case you didn’t know there was a subscribing feature ._o

Also updated the Obligatory About Page because it’s supposed to be good for traffic or some sh*t like that.

Today I left the house when it was dark, and I came home and it was dark. I get to do this on Wednesdays too.

It’s pretty depressing…

The other option I haven’t tried is to run a 50ft coaxial cable from my parents’ room, where the cable jack is, and put the router out in the hall to the furthest electrical outlet that it will reach. (with the help of extension cables, I suppose, as well.) Then, I’d run the long ethernet cable from there into my computer. It’d be so ugly, but it would be the only way I could hardwire my computer.

This is all to make use of the Gigabit LAN adapter in my computer. x.x Otherwise I’ll have to get myself a Wireless N card for the next-best thing… which is probably what I’ll end up doing.

Uploaded a video as a test and the upload bar actually moves! I was so excited to see the progress meter moving.

The new internet also means I can stream! I tried streaming before but I could only manage a really low resolution. Now my computer is the bottleneck instead of the internet speed. Maybe we’ll see how that works later, eh?

This year instead of holding a cup of sparkly liquid beverage aka not-champagne-juice-stuff I just toasted everyone with a glass of orange juice because all sparkly things taste like crap, and who wants to punish their taste buds first thing in the new year?

A bunch of people, apparently.

You can’t do light grey on white, you can’t do white on light grey, you can’t do light grey on a slightly darker grey, you can’t do white on anything that’s not black or at least DARK, you can’t have a dark background and dark blue text, and you can’t do the same colour on the exact same colour except a little bit darker. Have these people ever tried to read their own pages?! I’ve seen blue on blue and pink on pink. What. the shit.

And what gave these people the idea that a frickin’ repeating complex background image would look ok without backgrounds for their text or with transparent text boxes?! Their text is often something retarded like black or dark blue, too! White doesn’t work either because all you can see is aslfjljwoeirhohcvjbnoheatowhekjckvnbwrto;fhgoawhf;l against a tiling background of some shit that was never meant to be used as a background for anything, ever.

Make your text big enough to read, too! HOLYCRAP

If I need to highlight your text in order to read it, then you’re doing it wrong!
If I need to copy your text and paste it somewhere else in order to read it, leave the Internet, go sit in the corner, and think about your life. (see: microscopic text, dark blue text on a dark blue background, so when you highlight in blue, you still can’t frickin’ see anything)

This isn’t 1999 anymore!
